CarsWithJB is the personal website of Jabbran (“JB”), a car sales consultant at a dealership in Northern Virginia. It is not the official website of any dealership or of Nissan North America, Inc. Vehicles are sold by the dealership, not by this website.

Listings, prices, photos, features and availability can change at any time and may contain mistakes. Every vehicle is subject to prior sale: please confirm availability, the price and the details with JB before you visit. Prices do not include tax, title, registration or the dealer processing fee unless a listing says so.

The payment calculator and any monthly figures on this site are estimates for comparison only. They are not an offer of credit. The APRs shown are estimates; the actual rate, terms and payment depend on the lender and the dealership's finance office.

The pre-qualification form is not a credit application. No one checks your credit when you fill it out, and it does not affect your credit score. Filling it out does not mean you will get financing or any particular rate or terms: only a lender can make a credit decision, after the official credit application at the dealership.

If you agree on a form, JB and the dealership may call, text or WhatsApp you about your inquiry. That consent is optional and is not a condition of buying anything. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to a text or by telling JB. Message and data rates may apply.

The chat assistant is automated and can make mistakes. It can't promise prices, payments, rates or financing, and it doesn't give legal or credit advice. Please confirm anything important with JB.

Please send only true information about yourself. Don't use the site to send spam, to interfere with how it works or to collect other people's information. Submissions that look automated or abusive may be set aside.

Manufacturer and model names are used only to describe the vehicles. They belong to their owners, and no manufacturer endorses this site.

Links to other websites are there for convenience. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

The site is provided as it is. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we can't promise that it is free of errors or always available. Nothing on this site is legal, tax or credit advice.

Some sections, such as the governing law and how disputes are handled, will be added after legal review.

When these terms change, the new version is posted here with a new date.
